The catering service offers its own cuisine, based on a Mediterranean diet, with special attention to local products and with trained and experienced staff.
The daily menus are supervised and nutritionally enhanced by the center’s physician and pass all quality controls through audits and analyses. Our kitchen also prepares menus tailored to any medical, endocrine or religious needs.

Founded and directed by Wally Dieng, a former professional player, the MFC Academy offers a complete coaching to young athletes.
